What is Unity Day?

Unity Day is a special day where we celebrate kindness, acceptance, and being friends with everyone! It happens on the third Wednesday of October, and it's part of a month called National Bullying Prevention Month.

On Unity Day, people wear orange to show that they care about making the world a better place. The color orange represents hope and positivity!
This day reminds us that we can all work together to stop bullying. It’s important to be nice to others, include everyone in games, and help friends who might feel left out.

You can celebrate Unity Day by:
Wearing Orange: Show your support by wearing something orange to school!
Being Kind: Do something nice for a friend or classmate. A small act of kindness can make a big difference!
Talking About Feelings: Share your thoughts about kindness and why it’s important to treat everyone with respect.
