We are super excited about meeting author and illustrator, Brad Montague, on October 23rd at Cartwright Elementary. More information will be coming out soon about that visit. For now, we are taking one of Montague and Kid President's initiatives, Socktober, and turning it into a way to serve our neighbors in East Tennessee. From October 1st to October 23rd, we will collect new pairs of socks as a classroom. The classroom that collects the most new pairs will get a book by Brad Montague signed for their classroom library. The student in each grade level that brings in the most new pairs, will also eat their lunch with Brad on 10/23!
